What rights do you have?

You always have the right to request your retained personal data:

to look at it,
to have it changed,
to have it erased.

This can be done for one or more entries in different databases.

You can also ask to be removed from all databases. You will then be ‘forgotten’ and not contacted anymore.
If you make the changes or deletion yourself, it will be effective immediately. If you submit a request to make changes, this will be done as soon as possible but at least within 30 days.

How do you assert your rights?

This can be done by clicking on this link:  or by means of the contact form.

Always state:

  • First and last name of the person you want to erase or change.

  • What changes you want to make or whether you want the person to be erased.

We only use services that process personal data if we have a processing agreement  with them, if this is necessary for providing our services and information and if they can warrant the secure storage of personal data with a guarantee for your privacy.

Your personal data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose for which you gave your consent and provided the personal data (sending our newsletter, purchasing products, booking services ...) or if this is legally required and permitted (for example, in the context of a judicial investigation).
